3. On-site professional and technical personnel and vigilance personnel have the right to stop and correct unsafe behavior of others, such as illegal operations and risky recklessness, and also have the right to refuse command, controller and platoon that do not meet safety requirements or violate rules and norms.
4. All employees entering the unloading area are not allowed to enter with communication equipment!
5. Before starting construction, it is necessary to check whether the insulating rubber gasket in front of each control cabinet is completely filled and dry. Before starting the equipment, you need to check whether there are any leaks in the equipment using a voltage tester.
6. In the event of an emergency, the equipment must press the red emergency stop switch, cut off the complete power supply of the equipment, immediately notify the equipment maintenance worker to solve the problem, and notify the relevant management personnel and equipment personnel, and it is strictly prohibited to operate it without permission.
7. Under no circumstances is it strictly prohibited to disassemble, damage, short-circuit or derail the equipment's safety device for any reason so that the safety protection devices become inoperative.
8. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment while eating or consuming drugs or drinks that impair concentration or mental trance.
9. Xi students are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment alone without the supervision of a class teacher or master!
10. It is strictly prohibited to enter the equipment to intervene when the process is immature and unreasonable, and the whole body or part of it must be controlled automatically when the equipment is running.
11. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine if water leaks from the installation or water accumulates around the equipment.
12. All kinds of lubricating oils and liquids must be promptly wiped off if they leak, and it is strictly prohibited to work in slippery environments.
13. It is strictly forbidden to place objects in the operating cabinet and operating table, so as not to cause a short circuit and damage to the equipment.
14. When the operator is repairing or wiping the equipment, he must turn off the power of the equipment, and hang up the safety warning sign “strictly prohibited from closing, someone is working”, and must be supervised by a special person, and it is strictly prohibited to work alone!
15. The administrator of the procurement and distribution department of the SSG issues a written notice of acceptance and unloading 1 day in advance, the human resources department organizes security for the unloading area, the production enterprise is preparing for unloading, tank trucks must be equipped with flame arresters, it is strictly forbidden to burst under the scorching sun! It is strictly forbidden to unload during a thunderstorm! It is strictly forbidden to transport tankers to stay at the company gate for more than 60 minutes!
16. When entering the cyclopentane zone, you should wear anti-static clothing and wear protective equipment, it is strictly prohibited to wear chemical fiber clothing to enter, it is strictly forbidden to take off and change clothes in the cyclopentane zone, and it is strictly forbidden to wear shoes with nails.
17. It is strictly forbidden to carry BP machines, mobile phones, flammable and explosive materials when entering the unloading area, and it is strictly forbidden to hit with iron tools in the cyclopentane area.
18. If a leak is found, the surrounding fire source should be cleaned immediately, and the container can be recycled into the container as soon as possible, if it is a fire, it can be sprayed with water to cool the container, and if possible, the container will be moved from the fire to the open place, and the container in the fire field has changed color or made a sound from the pressure relief safety device, and must be evacuated immediately, and the extinguishing agent may be sand, dry powder or carbon dioxide, and the extinguishing agent with water is not effective.
19. If cyclopentane contaminates your clothing, wash your skin thoroughly with soap and water.
20. If cyclopentane gets into your eyes, lift your eyelids, rinse with running water or saline, and seek medical attention.
21. If cyclopentane is inhaled, it should be immediately moved from the scene to a place with fresh air, keep the airway unobstructed, if breathing is difficult, oxygen should be given immediately, and if breathing stops, artificial respiration should be administered immediately and medical attention should be sought immediately.
22. If cyclopentane is swallowed, drink enough warm water to induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
23. On holidays and certain periods there should be a special person on duty to prevent accidents.
